The story is based on a real incident that took place in a small village of Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh where the farmer role played by Pankaj Tripathi who is declared as dead by the government on paper even when he is alive. The movie shows the complete struggle of Lal Bihari who has been fighting with the government to prove that he is still alive and it took him almost 19 years to win the case and government official declared him alive but later Lal Bihari added a new name on the certificate as Lal Bihari Mritak. The movie script has been written by Satish Kaushik and from the trailer of the movie, we can see the story seems to have some fresh content that will hold the audience seat with again a wonderful performance of Pankaj Tripathi and his Kaagaz team.
